1. Setup Your Profile
Save your name and email address in your profile. Entering these data is not compulsory but will facilitate sending of non-anonymous messages. Your email address will not be forwarded to companies/cities. If you are not writing anonymously, only your name will be visible for companies/cities. On the mobile website, your email address helps us to inform you whenever new responses come in. You can also determine whether to activate push messaging. And you can set up in your profile that you’ll never want to write anonymously.
At the end of the profile, you’ll find declarations of acceptance for our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Furthermore, you can revoke your permission to process your personal data here.
2. Classify Your Feedback
Assign your feedback to one of the four areas "Compliment, Question, Criticism or Suggestion".
3. Choose an Address
Select the address of the company/city. If the location tracking in your smart phone is turned off you may also enter the address manually.

4. Leave Your Feedback
Leave your feedback in the "Enter your message" box. Send images, files or your current location by using the "manage feed" next to that text imput box. If you click on the clipboard-icon "copy ticket id", the ticket number will be copied to your clipboard. With this ticket number you can also return to this conversation on the mobile website without having a user profile.
5. Ticket Search
If you have already created a ticket you can search for it by click on the ticket search button on the right top.
6. The Main menu
From the main menu, you can access every side of the app.
